This place was a nice find in the middle of all the many shops and restaurants you can choose from at the Farmer's Market. We had breakfast here and it was so good. We had the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, which came with toast. The meat was mouthwatering and the eggs were just right. Ketchup and sauce most definitely added a constant kick as the contents of the dish diminished. The toast was crispy and held its own as I mixed each bite with the other contents. This savory combination was magical.
Another dish we ordered was the Waffle with Mixed Fruit. The fruits included bananas, strawberries, kiwis, blackberries, and mangos. There was so much flavor in each bite especially since the waffle was doused with breakfast syrup. There were plenty of options to choose from as far as toppings go, but we are glad we went this route on this day. -

I love a good burger and Charlie's definitely delivers. At the far end of Farmer's Market, it's kind of tucked away but be sure to look for it. The double burger is juicy and big and was perfectly cooked. We also had the cheesesteak which was equally good. We will be sure to return for breakfast.

In the area and decided to be adventurous today and try another spot other then my usual Brazilian BBQ spot. The lady owner is super cool and sweet and that made me want to try this place more despite the 3.5 star rating.
I ordered the steak sandwich and fries. It came on a French roll. Everything tasted pretty good. I got ranch and spicy sauce for my fries and they go pretty well together the ranch and the spicy sauce.
Overall: 3.5 stars for the food and 5 stars for the attentive service. The lady kept stopping by to let me know how much longer and kept me company while she prepped. I liked her. Will be back again next time :) -

Flavor: delicious. I got the cheesesteak and it was juicy and cooked to perfection.
Service: order at a register and wait until they cook it (to order). Lots of character behind the counter.
Cleanliness: it's the grove market. Nothing will be 100% clean but they get close.
What negates stars for me are the price and the portion. You don't get much bang for your buck. About $14 for a sandwich and a drink. I wouldn't mind paying this is my sandwich was a little bigger and meatier. Also they put a few ruffles on the side which is either a hit or miss move.
